SUPPORTED MOBILE DEVICES

The Safety 1^st Baby Monitor app is supported, and has been tested on the following devices and mobile operating systems. For an optimal experience, we recommend using the latest version of the mobile operating system and of the Baby Monitor app.

iOS

iOS devices must be running iOS 11.0 and newer. The latest version of iOS is 13.3.1

The following devices are supported:

• iPhone 5s and newer
• iPad:
• Air and newer
• Mini 2 and newer
• Pro 1st gen and newer
• iPod Touch 6th gen and newer

ANDROID

Android devices must be running Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and newer. The latest version of Android is 10.0 (API 29) Amazon Fire, Chromebook and Chrome OS devices are not supported.

While other devices and/or operating system than those listed here may function; we do not actively test or support them and you may experience unexpected results or issues.
