Arriva seats model 02-729-TED manufactured between March 31, 1999 and April 7, 1999 are the only ones affected by this recall. No reports of incidents or injuries have been received. If you have an 02-729-TED made during this time check the side of the pad to see if you have a warning label (upper right photo). If you have a warning label your car seat is not being recalled. Car seats manufactured on dates other than those listed are not affected and the pads will not be replaced for free.
