Due to the current pandemic, we are unfortunately experiencing delays in shipping orders. We thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your orders as quickly and safely as possible within the current conditions. We are doing our best to get your order to you as soon as possible – we promise it will be worth the wait! The shipping confirmation email you receive with tracking information is the best source for updates about your order.
While we are confident you will love your new Safety 1st purchase, we want to assure you that any shipping delays will not impact any returns. All returns are based on the date your order is delivered. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
We try our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!
Please allow 1-2 days for processing your order. Delivery will take 2-5 days via UPS Standard in most cases. Shipping times may vary so please allow longer for remote locations.
All ship and delivery dates communicated on our website or via e-mail are estimates only and are subject to change. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact the carrier immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away.

Merchandise in new and unused condition with all documentation present may be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date for an exchange or refund if the product(s) were purchased on the Safety 1st Canada website. By placing your order on https://www.safety1st.com/ca-en/ , you are accepting this return policy. If you purchased a product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly for their return policy.
If you want to return an item, It is important that you first contact one of our Consumer Care representatives through our chat in the bottom corner of our website or by calling 1-888-521-6550 (Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET & Fridays 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM ET). Our Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you regarding the procedures for returning or exchanging your product.
As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise back to Safety 1st and may use any carrier. You will be required to provide our consumer care team with the return tracking number and information. In addition, we highly recommend that you insure your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit and that you require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery. We are not responsible for any packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered to our warehouse.
Once we've received your tracking number and information, it will take approximately 1 week for us to process your refund.
