IMPORTANT RECALL NOTICE regarding your Fold-Up Booster Seat
Product #173, 173A and 173B Seat inserts can separate causing a child to fall from the chair and be injured. Stop using and contact Safety 1st for free replacement strap. This recall does not include Product #173C and #173D Fold-Up Booster Seats which have a new seat insert design. Prior to ordering the replacement strap, please thoroughly check your seat insert along the entire seam for gaps or partial separation as shown below. If your seat insert has any gaps, please DO NOT ORDER the replacement strap. You will need a new seat insert. DO NOT USE EITHER SEAT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THE PROPER REPAIR KIT.
