HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. (EST) January 22, 2007 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EST) January 31, 2007 (the “Entry Period”). You can enter this sweepstakes by sending an e-mail to djgusa.com providing your name and mailing address. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. Multiple entries from the same person or e-mail address or entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. Entries made by any mass duplication, automatic, robotic, or programmed method, or through any sweepstakes entry, notification, or related service, or in any manner not in compliance with the requirements of these Official Rules are invalid and will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Dorel Juvenile Group, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Incomplete entries will not be accepted. All entries become the property of Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Neither Sponsor, nor its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, or any service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission or failures of any network, computer equipment, or software, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with this Sweepstakes.

PRIZES: Five Safety 1st Warm Me Shower & Bath (approximate retail value $26.99 each). All taxes, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor for reason of unavailability in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Limit one prize per household. Winners should allow 4 to 6 weeks from notification for delivery of the prizes.

DRAWING: The prize winners will be determined on or about [February 15, 2007], by a random drawing from all eligible entries received by the end of the Entry Period. The random drawings shall be conducted by the Sponsor whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes. The winners will be announced in the February 2007 issue of “Safety 1st and Foremost” e-newsletter and notified via an official email notification. A winner has two weeks to respond back to our prize notification email. If a prize notification email is returned or unanswered within the allotted time (2 weeks) or if a winner declines the prize or is ineligible an alternate winner will be selected. As a condition of awarding the prize: (1) you consent to Sponsor’s use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, and (2) if requested by Sponsor, the winner is required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release. If a winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to timely return an affidavit/release as specified by Sponsor, declines the prize, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable an alternate winner will be selected. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all entries received as of the termination date.

GENERAL: This sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law, subject to all federal, state, and local laws. The winners agree that Sponsor, affiliates and their agencies and employers shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner.
