Congratulations Winners

Thanks to all who participated in our Safety 1st® Too Cute to Spook Halloween Costume Photo Contest. The Official Contest Rules allowed only one vote per consumer every 24 hours. In tallying the final votes, our contest system disqualified votes not conforming to the Official Rules, including multiple or duplicate votes received in a single day.
